Arrow Asia Pac Ltd. (Arrow) has just announced an exclusive partnership agreement with leading Independent Design House (IDH), Innor Tech (Innor), a rapidly growing Hong Kong-based company. Arrow will collaborate with Innor to market an advanced High Definition Television (HDTV) solution based on a Texas Instruments core chip.
