Samsung was unveiled the new 70-inch LCD HDTV at the International Meeting on Information Display 2006 in Daegu, Korea. The new HDTV LCD will be going on the first half of 2007. The 70-inch LCD panel will feature 1080p, a full high-definition resolution with video signal higher than the conventional HDTV at 120Hz and 180 degrees viewing angle.
