Looking for a way to get HDTV on your laptop? The guys from ATI have two new gizmos for PC users. First up is the TV Wonder 600 USB, an external USB that turns your laptop into a portable TiVo with the ability to record HD content straight to your harddrive. The device comes with a remote control and ATI’s Catalyst Media Center software.

Desktop users who want in on the action can pony up for the 650 PCIe, an internal card with dual tuners, which means you’ll be able to watch the Daily Show while you record your favorite Seinfeld reruns. The card can also pick up over-the-air HD programming, delivering it straight to your desktop.

No word about pricing yet, but they’re expected in September.
