The ASTRA European satellite service has shown strong growth over the first half of 2007.

It now reaches over 109 million households in 35 European and North African countries, features over 2,000 video, audio and interactive channels delivered via the 13 ASTRA and 2 SIRIUS satellites, and features 27 high definition channels, making it the largest HD platform in Europe.
