Toshiba has announced a new laptop in its Satellite range, targeted at gamers and with HD capabilities.

The new laptop features an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, the latest nVIDIA GeForce 8700M GT graphics with 512MB GDDR3 SDRAM VRAM, 2GB of RAM, an HD DVD-ROM and DVD SuperMulti double layer drive, 17-inch TruBrite widescreen display, 5-in-1 bridge media adapter, 1.3MP webcam, SP/DIF audio interface, HDMI output, and various Dolby technologies including Dolby Digital and Dolby Virtual Speakers.

The price now starting at $2,400.00.
